Customized Design

In order to begin work on your custom design a $20 design fee is required. ​The design fee is NON-refundable. ​​Custom designs include 3 designs with your color scheme, theme and location in mind.​ The 3 designs will then be provided to you, for you to choose which one best suits your special day. (Stock invitations require NO design fee).

Timeline & Delivery

Once we receive your order/payment and wording, work starts immediately on your design. Allow 48 hours from placing your order to receiving your emailed proof. Once you are happy with the emailed proof you will be asked to approve to go to print. Once you have sent us your approval indicating your artwork is correct, allow at least 2 - 3 weeks for printing assembly and delivery. If you require a shorter delivery time let us know and we will do our best to meet your deadline. At certain peak times of the year we get extremely busy and it can take up to 6 weeks for an order to be completed. 

Estimated shipping times

Dominican Republic: 4-8 weeks
North America: 2-6 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

I don't accept returns or exchanges due to the fact that each item is custom made. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
